Kinetic Energy (KE)and Gravitational Potential Energy(GPE) are found in the real world every day. Kinetic Energy is when an object is moving. Three examples of Kinetic Energy are cars when they move, another is a cross country runner, and a door opening. Gravitational Potential Energy is when something is in the air and can fall. A apple about to fall from a tree has G.P.E. So does the Sea Dragon at Six Flags before it falls and a baby bird about to fall out of its nest. I think there is more K.E. in the world other than G.P.E. because more things are moving. These are my examples of KE and GPE in the real world.
